NO HARASSMENT AND REPORTING
DSnRS LLC is dedicated to providing safety and an enjoyable, harassment-free convention experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or affiliation. We do not tolerate harassment of convention participants in any form. Convention participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled without refund at the discretion of show management. Reports of harassment are taken seriously by DSnRS and it is important that we have a record of all reported incidents of harassment. If someone reports an incident of harassment to you, please direct them to Live Nation Security to file a report. They have a procedure for collecting this information, including the availability of private reporting or gender-specific staff if the harassed individual chooses either. Please follow up with your own report to the Live Nation as well.
If the individual chooses not to report to Live Nation Security, please obtain as much information as possible regarding the nature of the incident and the person(s) involved. If possible please collect contact information so that DSnRS staff can follow up if necessary. In all cases of reported harassment, it is incumbent upon you to report harassment incidents to Live Nation Security, whether or not the harassed individual or witness chooses to file a report. Your timely reporting helps us keep track of possible harassment and helps us plan future prevention and mitigations. Please do your part to keep DSnRS harassment-free!
